In cerca di ispirazioni creative mediterranee ho visitato l’isola di Procida poco lontana dal porto di Pozzuoli.

Risalendo una delle scale del borgo si finisce per arrivare sul borgo Terra Murata da cui lo sguardo si perde in un panorama caldo e profondo verso la Marina di Corricella e attraversando il protone del Palazzo D’Avalos si arriva sulla terrazza in cui si vede il Golfo di Pozzuoli ed il Vesuvio nel Golfo di Napoli.
Sulla terrazza abbiamo fatto un aperitivo a base di Falanghina dei Campi Flegrei e insalata di Limoni Procidani, ricetta rigenerante (per i suoi sali minerali) and summer. The salad of lemons Procida was a farm lunch.
